Biofiber Damino has the declared goal to participate actively in minimizing the impact on the external environment, be it is a question of noise, air pollution, or disposal of waste water.

We always keep a keen eye on the resources required to manufacture a specific product and attempt to cut down on resources, whereever possible.

Improvement of the internal working environment forms part of our goal. Therefore, the individual work functions are evaluated at regular intervals. Likewise all production processes and work routines are currently evaluated in order to reach the best possible physical and psychological working conditions for the staff. We consider this to be a must in order to create a good place of work and thereby induce our staff to feel involved and make the extra effort that may be required now and then. Apart from our own efforts, the internal work environment is supervised by the authorities through random inspection visits.   

Furthermore, a risk analysis in relation to ATEX, cf. The Directives 94/92/EC and 99/92/EC has been carried out and approved by the relevant authorities.

Animal Welfare
The priority of animal welfare and ethics in modern society starts with the choice of the ingredients and finished products which are applied for animals. Animal welfare and healthy products for the end user thereby become two sides of the same issue. 

This is why we always have in view that excisting products and development of new products and marketing of such should be based on these principles.

While doing so, we also take into consideration the wishes and intentions that are currently communicated within our trade in the shape of general practice, along with regulations and/or legislation adopted by the authorities.

This is the way we wish to quantify our ethical product liability.
